The MUVA Programme is an FCDO-funded research programme managed by Oxford Policy Management (OPM) until March 2022. The MUVA NGO, established in 2019 in Mozambique, will continue the Programme’s work thanks to the financial support of the FCDO, the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and other donors. The MUVA Paper Series provides independent synthesis of evidence generated by the MUVA Programme combined with analysis of broader literature.
