The Impact of NGO's Imported Edible Oil on the Performance of Adama Edible Oil Factory

Much has been said about the impact of imported goods on the performance of domestic industries particularly in developing nations. And the need to protect these industries to survive and grow the economy. A study was made in Adama edible oil factory, which is found in Nazareth. It sought to determine whether the performance of this factory is affected by NGOs imported edible oil and whether the factory market problem is caused by the above problem. To measure the factory performance different performance indicator analysis such as profitability, debt, liquidity, activity and sales was made. To this end the study compared the performance indicators for the three years before NGOs entrance an d three years after entrance in to the market. The study resulted that the performance of the factory is affected by NGOs imported and sold edible oil.
