<p dir="ltr">This report presents the final evaluation of the Suchana programme, which aims to end the cycle of undernutrition in Bangladesh. The Suchana programme focuses on enhancing nutrition and health outcomes through a multi-sectoral approach. It includes interventions such as homestead food production, income-generating activities, and improving infant and young child feeding practices. The evaluation assesses the effectiveness, sustainability, relevance, impact, and efficiency of the programme.</p><p dir="ltr">Key findings indicate that the programme has achieved significant improvements in dietary diversity, household food security, and handwashing practices. However, the impact on stunting and wasting among children was limited. The evaluation also highlights the importance of adaptive management and the need for continued multi-sectoral coordination to ensure sustainability.</p><p dir="ltr">The report concludes with recommendations for improving nutrition governance, adopting a market-led approach, addressing knowledge gaps, and enhancing the implementation of multi-sectoral nutrition programmes.</p>
