This rapid evidence review maps out key donors and their programmes across Africa and the Asia-Pacific, with a specific focus on those that prioritise research and evidence in their efforts to address climate adaptation and resilience in ODA-eligible countries. Given its rapid nature, the review should be considered indicative rather than definitive. The review finds that in addition to the UNFCC adaptation financing channels, several existing bilateral and multilateral flows are capitalising on the experience of development agencies in supporting research and evidence-based adaptation programmes across the globe.
