Improving Clean and Renewable Energy in Tanzania

<p dir="ltr">This report assesses Tanzania’s energy sector and focuses on opportunities, challenges, and lessons for the promotion of clean energy. It draws on the experience of low and middle-income countries similar to Tanzania. In Tanzania, it focuses on lessons learned from various small-scale initiatives that promote the use and production of clean and renewable energy. The review draws on academic articles, grey literature and evaluation reports from development organisations working in Tanzania.</p>
