This report provides a rapid review of key evidence, lessons and issues drawn from evaluations and other reviews of the humanitarian response to the 2006 Lebanon conflict. As well as the relief response, the review paid particular attention to issues and lessons relating to diplomacy with armed groups and those connected with infrastructure, access and the associated use of foreign military assets. However, evidence in some of these areas was patchy.
