Exclusion from Economic Growth and Transformation in Sierra Leone

<p dir="ltr">This report identifies the population groups most likely to be left out of economic growth and transformation in Sierra Leone and the reasons for their exclusion. It pays particular attention to location, socio-economic status, gender, disability, sexual orientation, and the intersection between them. It highlights the formal and informal power dynamics that shape access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making processes, as well as the risks of unintended harm.</p>
