This study is an effort to understand the situation of Christian poor women and girls in Pakistan, to bring poor Christian minority women’s issues to the attention of decision-makers, and to utilise its findings for awareness raising and advocacy for the rights and freedoms of minority women. The key research questions focused on exploring the daily life experiences of poor Christian women and girls to examine how these are different from other poor women from the same context, as well as inspecting whether the religious discrimination faced by poor Christian women differs from that faced by affluent Christian women.
