Pulmonary haemosiderosis : a report of a case occuring in an African

Pulmonary haemosiderosis is produced by conditions causing intra-pulmonary haemorrhage. There are three clinical types recognized: (1) idiopathic in children; (2) associated with mitral stenosis; (3) following long-standing left ventricular failure.
