In this address to the Hudson Society Mr Justice MacDonald \ reminds law students that the academic study of law is not enough. \.To play his proper part in the pursuit of justice the lawyer must l develop a sound moral judgment allied to integrity, tie must also be l able to apply reason and logic to the facts of each case and must be able to reveal the facts by cross-examination without abusing . this powerful weapon.
