The Knowledge for Development and Diplomacy Programme (K4DD) supports the use of evidence and learning to improve the impact of development and diplomacy policy and programmes. It is funded by UK International Development and is designed to assist the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), other UK government departments and partners to be innovative and responsive to rapidly changing and complex development challenges.
